What Makes Us Unique We seek to create a space where children and parents are free from stress and have a sense of well-being. Our community is a group of diverse, multi-faceted individuals who love and care for the children as if they were our own. We alternate between outdoor play, walks, and quieter indoor activities. We provide soft colors, natural materials, and a content environment. The children are self-directed in their play and encouraged to be compassionate with each other and with their environment. We emphasize imagination, expression and creativity.
	The Preschool Family We are a group of 20 families who came together to play and to celebrate the unfolding seasons. As a cooperative, we encourage our families to share their special talents and help us all to learn from each other.
Our Philosophy Our children grow up in an increasingly complex society. In this noisy, highly technological and media-filled era, we have an obligation to protect our young children from these influences for as long as we can. All their growing energy needs to go into the mastery of their bodies, limbs and hearts, while keeping their minds uncluttered and free for creative, healthy interaction with nature, animals, plants, the elements, and each other.
